Dr. Baird explained Kurapia’s characteristics, tolerance for drought due to its extensive root system, as well as options for weed management. Kurpia is a broadleaf and known as safe to grass herbicides. UC Riverside conducted a study on Kurapia’s tolerance to commonly used broadleaf herbicides, which can be viewed in detail in the Herbicide Tolerance Guidelines report. We will post updates later on Kurapia’s recovery from herbicide damage.
